Consent to personal data processing

Who I give consent to

By ticking the box “I consent to the processing of my personal data” and submitting the question form on this website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the operator — Individual Entrepreneur Maksim Aleksandrovich Davidyuk (INN 235004268605, OGRNIP 315237100000898) — to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

Personal data

My name, email address, company (if provided), topic and message, as well as any information I share in further correspondence.

Purpose

Answering my question and further correspondence about it.

Processing operations

Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the parties listed below, blocking, erasure and destruction, by automated and mixed means.

On the operator's instructions, the data may be processed by VK LLC (VK WorkSpace email service) and Yandex LLC (Yandex 360 email service), which receive and store messages, and by the website's hosting provider. The data is stored and processed in the Russian Federation.

I understand that the Russian Federation may not provide a level of personal data protection equivalent to that of my country of residence, and I explicitly consent to my data being processed there.

Duration and withdrawal

This consent remains valid until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than one year after the last message in the conversation. I can withdraw it at any time by writing to maximumautomation@yandex.ru. The operator will then stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days, unless the law requires otherwise.
