Who we are

This website presents the VPLC platform developed by Maximum Automation. The operator responsible for your personal data is Individual Entrepreneur Davidyuk M. A. (Russian Federation). For any privacy question, contact us at maximumautomation@yandex.ru.

Data you send us

When you contact us by email, phone or Telegram, we receive the data you choose to share: your name, email address or phone number, Telegram username and the content of your message. We use it only to answer you and to continue the conversation you started.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties.

Analytics and cookies

With your consent, we use Yandex Metrika to collect statistics about visits: pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location and interactions with the page (including session replay). Yandex Metrika sets cookies for this purpose.

The data is processed by Yandex LLC on its servers, including servers located in the Russian Federation, in accordance with the Yandex privacy policy.

Analytics is loaded only after you click “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage.

Server logs and downloads

Like most websites, our web server records standard technical data for every request: IP address, browser (user agent), requested page and time. These logs are used only for security and troubleshooting and are kept for a limited period.

Downloading software does not require registration. Installers are delivered from updates.max-automation.ru, which processes the same technical data to deliver the file.

Third-party services

Links to Telegram and YouTube lead to third-party services. When you use them, their own privacy policies apply: Telegram, Google (YouTube).

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and the follow-up conversation, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to maximumautomation@yandex.ru.
